Dr. Jessica Cannon

As change agent for innovative and inclusive learning experiences, I am seeking faculty development or instructional design-focused positions. I would love to support effective instructional practices through research-based andragogy, data-driven learning design and high-impact student engagement.

From working at NASA’s Johnson Space Center to over fifteen years of experience in higher education, I offer a unique blend of perspectives and skills that can unite diverse stakeholders and inspire collaborative and creative problem-solving.

My prior experience includes roles in university-wide leadership for assessment training and faculty development (since 2021) as well as peer-coaching and support for 125 faculty in my college while serving as an instructional designer and pedagogy resource creator (2018-2021). I am also a tenured professor in the History Department.
